** Day of Registration and Weigh-in 7-7:45 a.m.
** Mandatory Skills Workshop, Safety Brief 8-9 a.m.

Strong Woman / Man Events

  • Max Log Press
    Athletes will have 3 attempts to reach maximum weight. If you miss an attempt you can not go down in weight but will be given all 3 attempts.
  • Sprint, Drag, Yoke & Farmers
    Medley athlete will start in a prone position and will begin on the command 'Go'. sprint to the Sled, drag to the yoke, carry the yoke to the farmers and then carry the farmers to the finish line.
  • Deadlift for Reps
    Athletes will perform maximum repetitions in 60 seconds on an axle bar deadlift. athlete must wait for 'up' and 'down' commands.
  • Sandbag Toss
    5 Bag Series
  • Mystery Event
