| We regret to announce that the Recreation Equipment Checkout and Sportsmen's Center Snack Bar and Pro Shop will permanently close on Nov. 15, due to budgetary constraints. The Hunting and Fishing program for Fort Cavazos has transitioned from HuntTrac to iSportsman and now resides under the Natural and Cultural Resources Management Branch.
For information on regulations, area access, and permits, please visit https://cavazos.iSportsman.net.
Your Sportsmen's Center still supports your skeet and trap shooting and archery needs, as well as a pro shop to support hunting and fishing equipment. We also allow the dining room and meeting room to be rented out after hours for unit functions, groups, and clubs.
The outdoor shelter area and pavilion behind Sportmen's Center next to the Archery range has picnic tables, grills and a volleyball court.
Don't forget to target your hunger with the Sportsmen's Center Grill for all your home-style breakfast and lunch items.
