80's Halloween Spin and Yoga
Costumes are encouraged. Dress in your favorite Halloween costume to put a little freight in that workout.

Doors will open at 8:30 AM for required patron sign-in and registration.
Join us for 45-60 minutes of spooky spin, coached by our experienced instructor, with themed music, a brief intermission, and then move to the upstairs studio, for 30-45 minutes of yoga.
Age 16 and older, must be in good physical health to participant in a physical exercise. Patrons can bring their own water, yoga mats sweat towels and cycling shoes.
$5 Per Person, at the door.
