- Reservations can be made 30 days in advance. Patron must pay full at the time of reservation.
- The rental period is a DAILY rental.
- No refund for early returns.
- Missing items/parts and damages will be charged an additional fee at turn-in. Contracts will not be released until payment is made in full.
- Patrons are responsible for any and all damages. The patron must sign a waiver to exclude the Government from liability at contract execution.
- The patron is responsible for the rented equipment until the item is returned and the contract is closed out.
- The patron is responsible for loading/unloading equipment on or in their vehicle.
- Patron must equip all towing vehicles with towing hook-up, equipment, and hitch. The responsibility lies with the patron before pick-up. Equipment use & safety class will be given at the time of pick-up.
- All equipment requiring electric brake connections will NOT be released from REC unless the tow vehicle is correctly equipped with connections. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
- The 7’ X 20’ car hauler is theONLYutility trailer allowed to carry a vehicle of any kind.

- All prices and equipment are subject to change without notice.
- All cancellations are charged a 20% cancellation fee and must be cancelled 2 days prior to scheduled pick-up time.
- Day of cancellations are considered a “missed reservation” and no refund will be given.
- Any changes made to the contract on the day of pick-up resulting in reducing the quantity of items or days will not be given a refund.
- Failure to pick up items on day of reservation will be considered a missed reservation, and no refund will be given.
